Terms of use

Last updated 31 October 2026

By using WARDOGS HQ you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What the site is

WARDOGS HQ is an unofficial fan project. Its maps, marker positions, weapon and vehicle data, Steam figures and Gold Exchange rates come from public sources and our own checks, and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. It's provided as is, without any guarantee.

The live tactical map

  • Anyone with a session's share code can see its callsigns and markers. Don't use real names or personal information.
  • Don't use sessions to harass other players or to post anything unlawful or hateful in labels or notes.
  • Sessions are temporary and are deleted after they expire. Don't rely on them to keep anything.

Sending in guides

  • Only send writing that's your own, and don't copy another site's guides.
  • Don't send anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, misleading or that contains someone's personal information.
  • By sending a guide, you let us publish, edit and remove it on WARDOGS HQ and in the BattleBox app, and show the credit name you give. You keep any rights you have in it.
  • We review everything and can decline or remove anything, without giving a reason.

Fair use of the site

Don't try to overload, scrape at scale, break or get around the site's protections, or use it to send spam. The public data feed is for the BattleBox app and reasonable personal use.

Trademarks and content

WARDOGS HQ is an unofficial, fan-made community website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bulkhead, Team17 or anyone else involved in making or publishing WARDOGS. All game-related trademarks belong to their respective owners. If you own content that appears here and want it removed, email contact@n0xen.dev.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss arising from using the site or relying on its information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
