It’s been just under two weeks since we revealed our in-development Tactical All Out Warfare FPS, WARDOGS, which yielded a MASSIVE response from the FPS community. Including over 200,000 wishlists right here on Steam! 🔥 We’ve had plenty of questions, so we want to clarify things head-on!

In the above video, we explain the core game mode of WARDOGS. Inspired by King of the Hill, three teams fight for control of a randomized 2x2km ‘Control Zone’ within a 256km² map. The team with the most players within the Control Zone earns points - the first team to reach 100 points wins the match. The variables in zone location and individual player tactics mean no match ever plays out the same.

// WHAT IS WARDOGS?

WARDOGS is a Tactical All Out Warfare FPS, where 100 players, split across 3 teams, fight over one ‘Control Zone’. Set in the derelict industrial mountains of Eastern Europe, on a large-scale, destructible battlefield. Teamwork pays, and cash is king. 👑

// THE MODE

Inspired by ‘King of the Hill’, three teams fight to seize a randomised 2x2km ‘Control Zone’ within a large-scale 256km² map. The team with the most players in the zone earns points; first team to reach 100 points win the match. No two matches will be the same.

// PERSISTENT CASH SYSTEM

Build your loadout by purchasing weapons, gear, utilities & vehicles. Earn cash in the zone via teamplay actions. Revives, transport, kills, spotting, and MORE! Teamplay isn’t encouraged, it’s rewarded. 💵

// THE HOT ZONE

Maximise profit in the ‘Hot Zone’, a shifting sub-zone within the larger ‘Control Zone’. Players count as double towards their player count, leading to match-swinging potential. The ‘Hot Zone’ also yields DOUBLE CASH!

// SPENDING CASH

Cash earned persists in your account from match to match. Save it or spend big on better weapons, gear, equipment and vehicles. Alternatively, exchange your cash profits for GOLD BARS - the endgame currency used to obtain cosmetic unlocks in the GOLD MARKET.

Roles are totally player-defined.

Purchase specialist items to build your perfect loadout to earn XP across 6 progression tracks. From Medic to Pilot, create a loadout that suits your playstyle, either for fun or to min/max your return on investment every life.
